        The durable high-modulus modified asphalt is the product from the secondary deep processing of the hard asphalt produced with high-quality imported crude oil. The product features high stiffness modulus, great fatigue resistance, and excellent performance at low temperatures. In combination with the pavement design, it enables the reduction in the composite structure thickness by 39 cm, saving 23,000 tons/km of stone. It is expected to increase the life of the pavement structure from 15 years to more than 35 years, and reduce carbon emissions by 50% in the whole life cycle. We cooperate with scientific research institutes and downstream customers to build the Zhanlin Expressway Demonstration Road, and promote the demonstration and application of a new generation of the expressway pavement structure. It helps to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency for engineering construction, facilitates the rapid development of industrial chains such as expressway construction, maintenance, and new materials, powers Shandong’s highway industry for “Taking the Lead” in China and boosts China's strength in transportation.
