Mr. Ma Yunsheng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, put forward the concept of "School-Enterprise Integration” for the cooperation between industries and schools as Chambroad grew out of a school-run factory. Being a school of further education, we must cooperate and integrate with universities in various forms.

We carry out the “1520” project, promote multidimensional cooperation with 15 core universities and 20 central universities, and actively expand the scope to cover national key universities and specialties.

Being selected as a national-level “Key Industry-Education Integration Enterprise Supported by the National Government at the Early Stage”, we commenced further exploring the in-depth integration between industry and education, and closer cooperation between schools and enterprises.
That same year, Mr. Ma Yunsheng initiated “Chambroad’s N1N Bases for Teaching, Training, and Commercialization of Science and Technology Advances”, enabling Chambroad’s industrial platforms to “restore” to the school-run factories of N universities and become their bases for talent training, and commercialization of science and technology advances.

According to the document issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Education, Chambroad is selected as a “National-Level Industry-Education Integration Enterprise”.
Thus, schools and enterprises can jointly create engineering teaching organization patterns, realize collaborative education by several entities, jointly set up innovation bases for the commercialization of science and technology advances, and share the teaching and training platform with industry-education integration.
